Dulcibella King-Hall’s fifteen minutes of fame has come late in life, but too many people are asking why she would want to drive fast. In her own words “Because I want to.” That seems like a good enough reason to me. Just because it was her 107th birthday is no reason to slow down. Dulcibella, we salute you!
